Making and cancelling appointments
Appointments can only be made by telephone.

Cancelling an appointment can only be done by telephone (not by e-mail) and at least 24 hours in advance. After that the reserved time will be charged to you.

Ordering products
Orders of products or gift vouchers can be placed with us by telephone. They will be made ready for you to pick up. If they are presents, they will be wrapped up festively of course.
